5-minute train ride from Bern to Bern Bümpliz Süd. The train runs four times an hour.

Walk from Bümpliz-Süd train station to my craniosacral therapy practice

• If coming from Bern, follow Bümplizstrasse on the right
• Continue straight past the roundabout until you reach a large, old chestnut tree
• Turn left into Wangenstrasse and continue straight beyond an intersection until you see no. 49

Walking time from the train station to my craniosacral practice: 5 to 10 minutes.

• Take the “Niederwangen” exit off the Bern-Fribourg highway
• Turn right at the first roundabout
• At the second roundabout, turn left into Morgenstrasse
• After 300 metres, turn right onto Weidgasse
• Keep going until you reach the corner of Weidgasse-Wangenstrasse

Parking

There are lots of Blue Zone parking bays around the craniosacral practice in Bern-Bümpliz. There are also some White Zone parking bays on Morgenstrasse.
